    As many of us recognized Mental Health Day on October 10th, I want to reflect on PAN’s commitment to well-being and our people-first culture, because it’s not just a tagline, it’s an ethos that shapes everything we do.      This year, we’ve made significant strides in enhancing our workforce experience, including our partnership with CuraLinc Healthcare, which provides essential mental health resources to all employees, and Auzmor, which offers professional development for employees at every level.
