We’ve seen firsthand how Clif’s experience – from his beginnings as a CNA and facility administrator to his more recent leadership roles – has created value for skilled nursing providers, patients, operators and more. His advocacy expertise is sure to position our industry for continued success as we navigate this critical moment. I enjoyed sitting down with CEO Update to reflect on my career and share my insights on running an association. The biggest challenge for an association CEO is holding the membership together, especially in long term care where the profession is so diverse. You have to be honest with the members as to what can be achieved to set expectations and to be working on the right things. I'm incredibly grateful to our members and staff who have helped us grow and succeed. While I'm retiring at the end of the year, I'll continue to do what I can to support AHCA/NCAL.
