Microflora Danica: largest microbiome dataset to date using short long reads for metagenomics, 16S amplion and rRNA operon sequencing of the Danish microbiome. 449 rep samples (14.9 million bacterial and 13.4 million eukaryotic rRNA ~4-4.5kb operon) using PacBio.
