The cat is out of the bag! OV Entertainment Group acquires co-development studio Kokku and tech firm 3OGS Newly formed UK-based multimedia company OV Entertainment Group has completed the acquisition of co-development studio Kokku and Argentina-based tech company 3OGS. The company plans to make two more strategic deals by the end of the year. Following the deals, Kokku chief exec and founder Thiago de Freitas has been named as OV Entertainment Group CEO. The company has also expanded its leadership team with the hire of former Miniclip CCO Christopher Bergstresser as its chief strategy officer and ex-Lockwood Publishing chief commercial officer Oliver Kern as COO. https://lnkd.in/dhi9z3BK
