The Office of Unified Communications is responsible for delivering accurate, professional, and expedited service while responding to the emergency (911) and non-emergency (311) needs of residents, visitors, and other stakeholders of the District. The OUC is also provides centralized, District-wide coordination and management of public safety voice radio technology and other public safety wireless communication systems.
