Last night, OUC welcomed the latest cohort of the DC Metropolitan Police Department Community Engagement Academy. Members viewed the life of a 911 call in our Sim lab, toured our mobile command center THOR, and completed an abbreviated version of the CritiCall pre-employment exam to learn first-hand what our call takers face daily.
