Our Otis Korea team has taken elevator modernization to a new level – with recently completed major projects at the Gangnam Financial Center and Seoul Finance Center, two impressive high-rise buildings in Seoul! We modernized all the elevators and escalators in both buildings from 2021-2023 with follow-up work completed this year. Thank you to our Top Sellers and Top Field colleagues in EMEA for their efforts in an environmental restoration project in Greece! Exciting news from Australia! We are modernizing the iconic 101 Collins Street building in Melbourne’s central business district. Our team installed the original elevators back in 1989 and have been maintaining them for the past 35 years. We are proud to bring Skyrise® MOD, Gen3™ MOD, ReGen™ drive and Otis ONE™ to this landmark. Congratulations to the Otis Korea team for obtaining the ISO 50001 certification at its Manufacturing and Engineering Center in Songdo, Incheon! This certification is the global energy management systems standard for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving energy management. With this latest milestone, Otis now has 11 manufacturing factories out of 17 with ISO 50001 certification. Otis will be installing 25 Gen2® Stream and 4 Platform lifts for Mace at Salisbury Square, in #London. The elevators will be installed with our elevator management system, EMS 2.0.
