Last week, Oscar CEO, Mark Bertolini, spoke with teams across the organization in our Arizona hub. Arizona is the central location for our Operations organization, and is home to many of our frontline colleagues – including those working with our members, providers, and brokers on a daily basis. “Your work is incredibly important, and somebody has to do it really well,” Mark said. “All the ideas in the world don’t work unless we can actually deliver on our promises.” Mark shared his perspective on Oscar’s strategic priorities, as well as his vision for employee career advancement and leadership opportunities.
