📣 We are pleased to announce with our partner Molecular Partners the debut of our lead Radio-DARPin therapy (RDT) candidate MP0712, targeting DLL3 for patients with small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) and other neuroendocrine tumors.    The data presented today at the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) Annual Meeting in Toronto by Christian Lizak, PhD provide strong support for MP0712’s clinical development in small-cell lung cancer and other DLL3 neuroendocrine tumors. MP0712 features lead-212 as a potent therapeutic payload.    Julien Dodet, CEO of Orano Med: "We are extremely excited with the first preclinical results of the MP0712 program, which confirm the potential of the combination between Molecular Partners’ targeting technology and lead-212, an isotope perfectly suited for targeted alpha therapy. Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Claude Imauven, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Orano, and Jean-Luc Palayer, President and CEO of Orano USA to our Indianapolis facility: ATLab!   The visit was an opportunity to present the ramp-up of our activities. ATLab is #OranoMed ’s radiopharma production facility. It will be the first industrial scale pharmaceutical facility in the world dedicated to the production of lead-212 targeted alpha therapies. 🌎 🚀 This laboratory represents a major step towards delivering promising new treatments in the fight against cancer! 

📢 Another key milestone achieved in the development of AlphaMedix™!   With our partner Radiomedix, Inc. , we are proud to announce that the last patient has been enrolled and received the first dose in our Phase 2 study investigating AlphaMedix™ (212-Pb-DOTAMTATE) for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumors! After completing enrolment of PRRT-naïve patients already last year, we have now also finished enrolment of the second cohort of patients who have progressed on prior Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy.   Following the recent FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation for AlphaMedix™ in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs), this is another important milestone to expedite the development of this new Targeted Alpha Therapy with lead-212. 🚀👏   #OranoMed #Radiomedix #MedicalInnovation #CancerResearch #RLT #Radiopharmaceuticals #FutureOfMedicine
