Day 3 Highlights: 💪 Morning Workouts: Massive energy once again invaded our 270 station pop-up studio! 👊 Ellen Latham:  Celebrated team members with 12-14 years at OTF by inviting them on stage to share their powerful 'why.' She also spotlighted the incredible journeys of three superfans, showcasing their inspiring stories 🔥 Brittany Hodak: Brought the heat with insights on turning customers into superfans: "You can't buy superfans—you create them with every interaction!" 🏆 Awards: Honored top performers, including Head Coach of the Year, Studio Manager of the Year and Regional Fitness/Studio Operators of the Year. 🤯👏 Milestones: Celebrated coaches hitting 5,000 to 12,000 classes taught! 🚀 Breakouts: Offered continued education across 36 different breakout sessions throughout the event. 🎶🔥 Private Grand Ole Opry Show: An unforgettable night with performances by Maggie Rose, Dillon Carmichael, Lauren Alaina (OTF member!), Jamey Johnson and Chris Janson kept the crowd on their feet all night! Day 2 of the 2024 Momentum Convention was all about growth, inspiration and the power of connection for both our members and the OTF franchise network! 🙌 💪 Morning Workouts: We kicked off the day in true #OTF fashion with the biggest Orangetheory pop-up studio ever, Mobility Sessions and a fun Run Rep 5K. 🧠 Member Think Tank: Members took center stage, sharing valuable insights that are shaping the future of OTF firsthand. 🍊 Members-Only Session: Chief Technology Officer Ameen Kazerouni and Vice President of Fitness Scott Brown revealed exciting innovations coming in 2024, highlighting the next level of personalized fitness. 🎤 CEO Dave Long at the Grand Ole Opry: Dave shared how remarkable brands turn customers into superfans, and unveiled the groundbreaking new Orangetheory Brand Operating System (Brand OS) — setting the stage for the future OTF experience. 🎉 Will Guidara’s Keynote on Unreasonable Hospitality: Will inspired us all with stories of turning ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences through thoughtful, personalized touches. 📚 Breakout Sessions: Our franchisees and studio teams dove into 20 breakout sessions, packed with insights on fitness, leadership, operations and more. We’ve officially kicked off the 2024 Momentum Convention, and the energy is absolutely electric! 🎸 For the first time ever, we’ve opened our global conference to the incredible members who make us who we are! 💪 With OTF teams from around the world gathered in Nashville, Tennessee, Day 1 was nothing short of extraordinary: ⭐️ Ellen Latham’s Inspiring Journey: Ellen shared her “3 Keys” to overcoming life’s challenges: focusing on what you have, demonstrating relentless determination and harnessing the power of believing “I can.” The standing ovation said it all! 🍊 Breakout Sessions: Our members dove into mobility exercises to enhance movement, goal-setting strategies for a healthier life and breathing techniques to unlock their potential. 💪 Trinity Challenge & Fest: 132 teams from our member and OTF network came together for a day filled with games, music, custom tees and even an on-site tattoo parlor! The excitement was contagious, and the camaraderie was palpable! 🌍 International Day: We celebrated the presence of OTF leaders from 20 countries, coming together to share insights and strategies that strengthen our global community. We also honored our inaugural Value Award winners—leaders from Canada and Spain—who exemplified our commitment to community and passion. 🤠 Welcome Reception: We ended the night with a Nashville-themed Welcome Party, showcasing the vibrant heart of Music City! This is just the beginning. The passion from our members and the dedication from the OTF network are next level, and we’re only getting started! #OTFMomentum2024
