    It's Feel Good/Flashback Friday. What's something that makes you feel good? Our employees say giving back to the community is the best, feel-good of all. As a result, our team chooses several charities/associations to actively volunteer for every year. Here is a flashback to 2017, when OpTech volunteered for Humble Design. We donated our time, money and effort to furnish a house for a family coming out of homelessness. In this particular case, Mitch Albom's Working Homes Working Families (under Say Detroit) partnered with Humble Design. In the video, Mitch Albom turns the keys over to a family. Humble Design changes lives and communities by custom designing and fully furnishing home interiors for individuals, families and veterans emerging from homelessness. By encouraging the donation of homes that would otherwise go unused, then utilizing the efforts of volunteers to refurbish those homes, needy working families can be given a decent, clean place to live. While I've not actively looking and am satisfied in my current role, the chance to work for a renowned company like yours and the hybrid nature of the job are very appealing to me." Or you could say, "I've gained a lot of experience at my current company, but there are limited opportunities for promotion. I thrive on challenges, learning new skills, and honing my existing ones.
