If summer is going to stick around, then we might as well rock the shorts a little longer. In the last 48 hours, we got together in Little Village in support and sponsorship of our client New Life Centers for El Grito 5k, and followed that up with Presbyterian Homes' Geneva Foundation golf outing in Highland Park. We are proud to support two great organizations serving communities in need, whether they are youth in Chicago's south and west sides, or financially vulnerable older adults. (And kudos to Neil for absorbing two days' worth of Vitamin D!) #okwarchitects

Planned and designed by OKW, MYLO Barrington's unique program will include 125 luxury apartments, boutique retail, and a 37-unit car condo complex. The design is sensitive to the scale and detail of its historic surroundings, while serving contemporary commercial uses and residential living. Thanks to a large influx of young professionals to the area, our clients T2 Capital Management and Rockefeller Group saw an opportunity to elevate the residential character of Huntsville. They envisioned a development with the sophistication of big-city residences while capitalizing on the area's amenities and walkability. Our construction partners ARCO/Murray are hard at work bringing the design to life.
