About us
Oil & Gas Workers Association is a member-supported trade association working to secure, grow, and sustain American oil & gas jobs for American workers. Established in 2015 by one oil & gas worker with a mission to help other oil & gas workers, OGWA was incorporated on April 20, 2020. Oil & Gas Workers Association, Inc., received our 501c6 tax-exempt designation on October 16, 2020. Membership has grown exponentially since November 2020. Oil & Gas Workers Association is a nonpartisan organization. Whether we be Democrat, Republican, or Independent, we are all American workers who believe oil & gas jobs for Americans should have 100% bipartisan support. It is not our fault that many in one party have set themselves against our industry and jobs, but we are the ones who will suffer the effects of the policies they propose and are enacting. OGWA is grateful for leaders who work to protect American jobs, and we support sensible legislation and regulations that balance commitment to environmentally conscious standards and the promotion of jobs.

As I walked through the streets of Washington, DC tonight, this is the result of the protests today against Israel and in support of Hamas and terrorism. It's simply disgraceful. Tonight I and several of my colleagues including Speaker Johnson replaced the flags that were town down and burned at Union Station. There is a clear choice in America today. May we have the courage to stand strong and unwavering for freedom.

Paul Row grew up farming cotton and chasing cows in rural West Texas. After graduating high school, Paul eventually entered the US Army and spent 3 years on active duty serving his country. After serving, Paul went on to attend Texas Tech University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in #Energy Commerce. The next six years of his life were spent working as a surface #landman for Ovintiv, FKA Encana Corporation Oil & Gas, Inc, in the Piceance basin. Paul then went to work for PDC Energy, Inc. and spent ten years there performing various roles, starting as Senior Surface Landman and ending as the Surface Land Manager. During his time at PDC, Paul worked the #DJbasin and #Delawarebasin building and managing multiple Surface Land Teams and a regulatory team. He currently works for Vault 44.01 as a Senior Landman. Paul is married to a beautiful wife, and they have been blessed with four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, going to church, fly fishing, and hunting. “Paul’s experience, life of service, and love for our country and industry makes him a perfect fit for OGWA.
