We had an awesome turnout this past weekend at our Back To School Open Gym event! A huge thank you goes out to everyone that helped donate towards our School Supply Drive. We are so thankful that we are able to help give back to our community in every way we can! Additionally, we had a great time officially kicking off Group Fitness! Our Group Fitness Coaches are hardworking, bubbly, and overall outstanding! We are blessed to have such an enthusiastic team that puts their heart into this gym.

We are excited to officially announce that we will be starting Group Fitness classes, this Monday! We have an awesome Group Fitness team that we know you will love! We are offering a variation of classes that anyone can take, no matter your fitness level! We will post monthly schedules on our website (ogrockhill.com), our Facebook (The Office Gym- Rock Hill), and our Instagram (ogrockhill).

Have not had the time to come in and check out OG? This Saturday we are hosting an Open Gym from 10am-4pm! We host Open Gym so that people in the community can come in and get a chance to workout for FREE and experience OG with all of their friends and family! Come by and check us out, we would love to have you!

Help us, help the community! We are accepting new or gently used school supplies for our first ever School Supply Drive. Don't have any supplies? We are also accepting donations that will go towards supplies! We are partnering with The City of Rock Hill Empowerment Program, Karson's Kompassion Project and the Rock Hill Police Department to distribute these supplies and donations to people in need in our community.
