OMC was founded in 1996 by Dr. Larry Catlett, and in 2018, was acquired by Debra Wein/Wellness Workdays, based in Hingham, MA. OMC provides health and wellness Outcomes with Measurable Changes to companies of various sizes and industry types across the country. Providing robust wellness administration, wellness software, one-on-one health coaching, and advanced wellness solutions, OMC is the proven partner to change at-risk health behavior, one employee at a time. OMC has also developed proprietary wellness software for use by health coaches and other medical firms. The software includes health risk appraisal questions, an optional chronic condition management module, detailed protocols, participant encounter documentation and management, robust reporting of change over time, health promotional materials and educational sheets, and population health status reporting , and much more.
