With today's approval of Alabama and Florida's Initial Proposals, NTIA has approved 55 of 56 plans for how states and territories will connect their residents to high-speed Internet service. This means they can request access to their funding from the BEAD program to take the next steps needed to begin the process of selecting the providers who will build and upgrade reliable, affordable, high-speed Internet networks across the states and territories. As Alan Davidson shared in the POLITICO Tech Podcast, our state grant program is on track and on time to deliver #InternetForAll. https://lnkd.in/exbsknTs
