The NSBE Process Improvement SIG will be a culmination of process improvement talent. The goal of the SIG is to create process improvement certification and training partnerships, provide members’ opportunities to apply their knowledge and skills set to real world organizational problems and serve as a process improvement consulting arm for NSBE. Process Improvement SIG Signature Programming * Online training and continuous education opportunities (Example: American Society for Quality allows the members to obtain certification via completion of green belt projects) * Provide a point of contact to create virtual study groups for certification testing (Register for online training) * Cataloging of SMEs in NSBE that can contribute as Mentors on PI/Certification activities (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt Projects)
