CFC's Bobbi Anne Jeffries and Mark Leith recently presented CFC and NCSC Educational Fund checks totaling over $15,000 to the Idaho Consumer-Owned Utilities Association (ICUA). For the past 25 years, youngsters served by Idaho electric cooperatives have been able to enjoy six days of fun-filled team building while bolstering their knowledge of electric utilities thanks to support from the CFC Cooperative Educational Fund and NCSC Cooperative Youth Education Grant programs. CFC Educational Fund money is distributed through electric cooperative statewide associations to be used for a variety of educational efforts, including videos, training programs, youth camps, scholarships, exhibits and advertising efforts. NCSC funds can be used to help pay for the annual Youth Tour. Pictured, from left, are Mark, ICUA Executive Director Will Hart, and Bobbi.
