Sometimes a second chance can look a little different. 🤝 For HOPES (Hospitality Opportunities For (Re)Entering Society) participants, it can look like igniting the passion for a career in the hospitality industry. Justice-involved young adults in the HOPES Program work with a case manager to achieve career goals and earn industry credentials, leading to a stronger workforce and reduced recidivism rates in young adults. With HOPES, a second chance isn't just a possibility — it's a transformative journey towards a better future: https://lnkd.in/gnGgnv53 🎥 HOPES Program Case Manager Andrew Cuellar of the San Antonio Food Bank
