The sun was out, the ribs were smoking, and the competition was hot at this year’s Charley West BBQ Fest benefiting the Bob Burdette Center in Charleston. The Bob Burdette Center provides after-school and summer programming for families in the Charleston area and the BBQ Fest is one of their biggest fundraisers. Northeast Natural Energy was proud to, once again, support this wonderful event for a great cause.

As part of our commitment to making a positive difference in our communities we are thrilled to support Pantry Plus More by donating $10,000 for their annual Back to School Bash this August. Pantry Plus More works tirelessly to provide food and essential items to students in Monongalia County, and we are honored to help them do that work. Members of our team will also be volunteering, the week before the Bash, to help package the supplies. We encourage others to join us in supporting Pantry Plus More and similar organizations that are making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children in our area.
