James Sibley and Sebastian Sanchez worked together, combining their business and agriculture skills to craft Phytabar, a chocolate seaweed bar loaded with omega-3s. “Phytabar really came out of frustration with the lack of utilization of seaweed in the U.S.,” Sibley says. “It’s a shame because it is the most bioavailable biomass on the planet. I just thought that was like an incredible thing.
