Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Mechanical Automation Core Design Engineer in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing commendable solutions for customers' automation requirements. The position will collaborate with a team to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement automated solutions to optimize operations and improve productivity. Qualifications Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering 5 to 7 years of machine design experience from OEM companies Experience in using SolidWorks and delivering results Role Requirements  Convert requirements into problem statements through in-depth understanding. Conceptualize possible mechanisms and an overall solution to the problem statement, Design, conduct, and report Proof of Concepts where required Develop the concept and do calculations per machine design standards Release manufacturing drawings with DFM, DFA best practices Experience in following GD&T in manufacturing drawings Strong knowledge of Robotics and mechanisms NPD and ECR knowledge Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Joining Bonus Immediate and eligible joiners will get a joining bonus of Rs.10,000 and a relocation allowance of up to Rs.30,000 based on Skill, Location, Past Experience, and Interview results.
