We are excited to introduce Max Roslin, who joins the NexCore Group team as a Research Intern this summer. Max is in his third year at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where he is pursuing a BS in Business Information and Analytics alongside an MSAQF with a focus on Financial Institutions. Originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Max is an NCAA D1 swimmer. His hardworking and disciplined nature will contribute to exploratory project research, market financial analysis, and weekly research report drafting. We're thrilled to introduce Chloe Wetzler, who is joining the NexCore team as a marketing intern this summer! Chloe is entering her senior year at Washington University in St. Louis, majoring in English. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she brings a wealth of experience in marketing and graphic design to our Denver office. Chloe will be instrumental in our graphic design efforts, particularly in creating brand handbooks for our Experience Senior Living brands. We are pleased to share an update on the construction progress for New Life Brace and Limb's suite at the North Cypress Doctor’s Pavilion Building (POB III) on the HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress hospital campus in northwest Houston (Cypress). Drywall is currently being installed throughout the suite, with in-wall electrical and plumbing rough-in nearing completion. We began construction on June 3, 2024, and are on track to achieve substantial completion mid-August. We want to thank Arch-Con® Corporation, Davis Stokes Collaborative, P.C., and all other teams involved for their hard work and dedication on this project. We are only a few months away from opening the doors at the Intermountain Health Hospital Lutheran Medical Office Building. Nearly every wall has been sheet rocked, floors have begun being laid, custom cabinetry is being installed, and exterior finishes are in their final stages of installation. Meet Jake Fearrin, our Finance Intern this summer at NexCore Group. Jake is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business, majoring in Finance and Accounting, along with an MBA at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Throughout his internship, Jake will be instrumental in updating financial models, creating debt and equity capital books, and conducting ongoing loan covenant testing. His impressive Excel skills, humorously highlighted by his proficiency in using Excel without a mouse, are a great asset. Jake is also working on several significant healthcare real estate developments.

We are excited to share a progress update on the new Renown Health South Meadows Medical Outpatient Building in Reno, Nevada. This three-story facility, situated adjacent to the existing medical center, is a cornerstone of Renown Health’s larger facilities enhancement project.
