Unlocking neuro-inclusivity through powerful partnerships and stories! We delved into crucial topics like #ADHD, #autism, #OCD, and #dyslexia, fostering a deeper understanding and commitment to neuro-inclusivity. Heartfelt thanks to our speakers—Joseph Riddle, Jenny Hamer, Rene J., and Jillian Epperson—for courageously sharing their experiences. Our event thrived on neuro-inclusive guidelines from The Neu Project, empowering neurodivergent voices and embracing diverse perspectives. Looking forward to continuing this series! Interested in joining our next session on neuro-inclusivity? Contact me! Special thanks to Nilesh Vaidya for his sponsorship from Capgemini and to Google Cloud for co-hosting. Appreciation to our co-organizers Tangi Le Noc, Jim Wharrie, Rene J., and Jenny Hamer, and to Andrew Wagner and Matthew Daniels for their technical support. Gratitude to the 120 participants, including Debra Jolley, Lorraine Twomley, Solenn Paumier, Donald Sutton, Adam T. Miesner, Anirban Bose, Cyril Francois, Daniel Wolff, Cécile LECOMTE, and many others. Together, we are shaping positive futures. #Neurodiversity #Inclusion #GetTheFutureYouWant #ShapingPositiveFutures Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Neurodiversity took center stage at our recent co-sponsored event with Google Cloud. This event brought together thought leaders and partners, fueled by a shared mission: to nurture neuro-inclusive environments. In this dynamic space, we had the privilege of hearing from Joseph Riddle, from Neurodiversity in the Workplace. Our panelists—each with their unique neurodivergent journey, spoke candidly about ADHD, autism, OCD, and dyslexia. Their narratives were both inspiring and eye-opening. Thank you to everyone who joined us. Together, we can path toward a more inclusive workplace, fostering positive outcomes for all. #Neurodiversity #Inclusion #GetTheFutureYouWant #ShapingPositiveFutures

While these lessons are aimed at the government, the advice can be applied to all types of organizations!
