The first of 17 advanced packaging tools was installed at the Center for Neovation in #NeoCityFL! Thanks to the Build Back Better Regional Challenge grant, the C-SAM tool helps manufacturers better inspect semiconductor wafers for defects. The advanced tools funded by the grant will help NeoCity become a competitive hub for the semiconductor industry. This was done in partnership with SkyWater Technology and BRIDG.
