About us

The mission of NECIC is "To improve the quality of life and economic landscape of the North End community." Where people live, work, play, learn, and worship are important to their quality of life. NECIC works with residents and institutions to improve and provide access to those things essential to improve the quality of life and create a better environment for future development. It's as Easy as ABCD ABCD, or Asset Based Community Development, focuses on the assets of the community as opposed to the deficits. • We’re excited to share an inspiring Q&A with our very own Walt Bonham! During a recent conference, Walt visited Capitol Hill with Dr. Morakinyo A.O. Kuti and Dr. Cindy Alcinda Folck from CSU to meet with Senator Brown and provide information to agricultural and food policymakers for support of Land-Grant institutions like Central State University. Their goal was to further agricultural research, teaching, and extension missions. Don't miss out - read the full Q&A, link in the comments: Mr. Bonham Goes to Washington. Let’s celebrate our amazing team and the work we’re doing together! #NECIC #CommunityLeader
