We love seeing the great work our friends, Bodhi Surf and Yoga, are doing to reduce their footprint where they can.
Welcome to the Bodhi Surf Yoga Recycling & Compost Center. This may not be the most glamorous part of the property, but it sure is important! Bodhi Surf Yoga is deeply invested in responsible waste management, and we aim to produce as little as possible. The waste that cannot be avoided is meticulously sorted, recycled and/or composted as necessary. Our next step is to weigh the compost daily and the recycling monthly. Finally, at the end of each year, we and send it to a fellow B-Corp (Native, a Public Benefit Corporation) the numbers produced across our operations. They then calculate our carbon footprint for the year for us to offset it! 🌱
