We are excited to announce the successful launch of our new two-day Facilitator Certification Course series! This hands-on, application-based training program aims to equip participants with advanced facilitation skills essential for delivering impactful and engaging learning experiences, from meetings, to formalized training, and everything in between. In our inaugural session, seven dedicated professionals embarked on a journey to enhance their facilitation capabilities - Jason Ballou, Rachel Bussan, Haley C., Darci David, Sara Dean, Madelyn Velting, Sean Wilson. We celebrate the achievements of these seven individuals, who have set the standard as the first group to complete our Facilitator Certification Course. Thank you to the course facilitator, Lauren Romero. This series will continue to be a cornerstone of our commitment to #buildbetter through continuous learning and development at National Nail. We look forward to allowing more team members to develop these vital skills as we continue to offer this, and many other opportunities to our employee-owners.
