This past weekend #noble conducted its CEO Summit. It was a great opportunity for President Rodney Bryant and our leaders to hear from law enforcement CEOs from across the nation. We were joined by phenomenal partners: #target, #FBI, and #statesuniteddemocracy. NOBLE will share the key topics, ideas, resources, and next steps that were generated from the summit.

President Bryant has recently been featured in an op-ed in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, shedding light on the pressing issue of minority law enforcement executives leaving their positions. This thought-provoking piece is a must-read, and for those who prefer a printed version, it will be available this Friday. Let's take a moment to heed these important words and work towards creating a more inclusive and representative law enforcement system. Together, we can build a stronger and more equitable future for all. https://lnkd.in/enUBvYgA

NOBLE joins the nation in acknowledging and honoring the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This act is the nation's benchmark civil rights legislation, and it continues to resonate today. The Act prohibited discrimination on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. It prohibits unequal application of voter registration requirements, racial segregation in schools and public accommodations, and employment discrimination. #CivilRightsAct
