On June 22, our #FacesOfFuel supported the Ride for Roswell by participating in the ride and volunteering at our NFG rest stop! This year, Team NFG raised over $13,000 which will support Roswell Park's mission. At the NFG rest stop, we cheered for riders on the 65- and 100-mile routes, fueling them with water, snacks and positive energy at their last stop before the finish line. Great work by all! #NFGGivesBack #CommunityPartner

Last month, VetFuel volunteered with the Pennsylvania Soldiers and Sailors home in Erie, Pa. at their resident carnival. Our #FacesOfFuel lent a helping hand with games and activities and assisted the veterans attending the event. Through leadership assessments and practical action sessions plus working with an external coach one-on-one, they’ve honed their skills and self-awareness as well as created personalized development plans. We say goodbye to the goats today (June 29) at Cazenovia Park! Special thanks to Jen and Julia from Let's Goat Buffalo for partnering with us on this invasive species removal project with the help of their beautiful herd 🐐 2nd photo - Kristie Munson, Workforce Development and Education Manager, led an Invasive Species Walk and Talk tour this morning to a group of troopers who braved the rain! Across two weeks, the goats worked their magic and transformed the view shed of Caz Creek (final photo for an example). We are grateful to every staff member who made this possible, to National Fuel Gas Company for underwriting goat security and to Moog Inc. for making Invasive Species Month in 2024 possible.
