We are thrilled to announce that NDCP has broken ground on our new distribution center in Burleson, Texas! This facility marks our tenth distribution location nationwide. Partnering with ARCO Design/Build, our state-of-the-art, 79,296 sq. ft. center is set to be completed by Q3 2025. This strategic investment will enhance our ability to serve Dunkin’ stores throughout Texas and the region, supporting Dunkin's growth trajectory. A big thank you to the City of Burleson for their support and investment in education, enriching our future workforce. Since launching in January 2023, we have completed over 280 consolidated projects for Dunkin’ new store openings and remodels. Through the New Store & Remodel Solution, we are proud to consolidate our members’ orders in one delivery, which can include millwork, stainless, equipment, and smallwares. Our New Store & Remodel Solution team consolidated the equipment, smallwares, millwork, and stainless to open the Bedford location on time. NDCP's New Store & Remodel Solution is a differentiated and consolidated process for fulfilling new store or remodel orders for our members - all in one delivery. Please join us in welcoming our newest Dunkin' at 1111 E. Lynchburg Salem Tpke. in Bedford, Virginia, to the Coastal Franchising LLC family. We opened this morning with over 100 people lined up around the building. Store Manager Keri Murphy and the team began serving the guests who had been lined up overnight for the free Coffee for a Year giveaway. Later we did a ribbon cutting and check presentation to Special Olympics, Virginia for $1,000.00. Present was Virginia State House of Delegate, Tim Griffin. Also present for the ribbon cutting and check presentation was a large group of Bedford Police Department officers and Bedford County Sheriff's Department, who help support Special Olympics. We appreciate their support at our opening!
