Growth can feel painfully slow when looking back just weeks and even months — you might even feel like the needle isn’t moving. Look back a year however, and how far you’ve come becomes a lot more apparent. We had that experience ourselves this month at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS). IMS is the biggest conference in the microwave industry, and it’s a great place to do business. Last year, Falcomm attended for the first time. CEO Edgar Garay also met Thomas Cameron in-person for the first time. We didn’t have a booth, a meeting room, or funding for either. But Edgar and Tom went to the conference to tell people the Falcomm story, and it was a success. They left having had a number of high-value meetings, which launched a new phase of growth for the company. Fast-forward a year later, and our presence at IMS has grown significantly. This year, we exhibited alongside other innovative companies in the Startup Pavilion, had our own space for meetings that helped us connect with industry partners, and Dr. Cameron even gave a talk about Falcomm at Cadence Design Systems in-booth theater. The team also had the opportunity to celebrate the opening of the new DC office for Squadra Ventures, the venture capital fund that led our investment fund in the fall — another huge milestone of the last year. We’re thankful for how far we’ve come, and we still have plenty to do. We’re not resting until we achieve our mission of connecting the world and bringing innovation to the semiconductor industry. We know that won’t happen overnight, but we’ll remember to take a moment every so often to appreciate the progress so far. #semiconductors #IMS2024 #wearefalcomm

It’s been a busy past couple of weeks for Falcomm as we’ve welcomed four new employees to the team, but we wanted to make it a point to call out what a great experience we had at the 2024 Squadra Investor Conference back in mid-May! Our co-founders Edgar and James had a wonderful time meeting with the Squadra Ventures team, as well as other stakeholders and companies in Baltimore for the event. In addition to making connections and getting to listen to some insightful talks, Falcomm and our work was showcased, which provided exposure and allowed greater insight into what we’ve been doing since receiving invaluable investments from Squadra back in Q4 2023.    Squadra Ventures' support and belief in our vision has played a significant part in our journey. It's great to have them by our side as we continue to innovate and make waves in the semiconductor industry! 🌊 #falcomm #squadraventures #mmWave #poweramplifer #semiconductors #2024SquadraInvestorConference
