We recognize the incredible value that veterans bring to the workplace. On National Hire a Veteran Day, we invite veterans to join our team and contribute their unique skills and experiences to our mission of compassionate care. We provide a Veterans Colleague Resource Group (CRG), a community where veterans can share their experiences, support one another, and meaningfully continue their journey of service. Our CRGs are voluntary, employee-led groups aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We encourage veterans to explore the opportunities at Mount Carmel and join our dedicated team. Your service has made a difference, and you can continue to make an impact at Mount Carmel. Join us in our mission of providing quality healthcare to all. bit.ly/3WDa59C

Mount Carmel Health System is proud to be the first in Central Ohio to offer mark-free radiation therapy for breast cancer using surface-guided radiation therapy (SGRT) with AlignRT. This advanced technology eliminates the need for traditional skin marks, providing a more comfortable experience for our patients and eliminating the constant reminder of treatment. Instead of physical markings, AlignRT uses a pattern of red lights to ensure precise treatment, improving accuracy and reducing treatment time. This is a significant step forward in patient care, with plans to expand this offering for other cancer treatments. Read more: https://bit.ly/3Wkww1R
