We are happy to introduce the newest member of our team, Jame’ Robinson, our summer intern for 2024! Jame' is a rising Junior at LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business, majoring in Business Management (HR) with a minor in Spanish. She has been awarded the Alpha Kappa Alpha Debutante Scholarship from the Beta Psi chapter in Baton Rouge and the Pelican Promise Scholarship - LSU. Jame' is Vice-President of the Student Real Estate Association- Louisiana State University and an ICSC Student Advisory Board member. This past May, she was thrilled to attend ICSC Las Vegas with other LSU and Tulane business students thanks to a scholarship funded by Stirling's founders, Jimmy Maurin and Roger Ogden. Strengthening her interest in real estate, Jame' has also completed the requirements and received a CORE Ready (Career Opportunities in Real Estate) certification in May and has served one year as a full-time property management intern. During her time with us, Jame' will learn the nuts and bolts of real estate valuation including property research, property inspections, and creation of reports using the latest technologies from Valcre® and CoStar Group. She will also complete a capstone project and do a deeper dive into the litigation side of real estate appraisal under the guidance of our Senior Managing Director, Arthur Schwertz, MAI, ASA. It's going to be a busy six weeks and we know Jame' is up to the challenge and will be a great asset to our firm as well.
