Congratulations to our latest employee trivia winner, Tony from engineering! Tony took a shot in the dark on this quarter's question which pertained to a reward program offered by our insurance. He was nearly spot on! 👏 Maybe you should go buy a lotto ticket, Tony! 😉

Every water main break comes with its own challenges. Sometimes breaks can be repaired with a clamp. Other times a whole section of pipe needs to be cut out and replaced, which was the case on Monday in Churchville. Not to mention the deluge of rain, which poured viciously back into the hole after the repair was made. 🌧This crew worked well into the night to complete the repair. Thank you to this team and all our crews who consistently work in less-than-desirable conditions around the clock to keep the water flowing! 👏 #water #valuewater #thankawaterworker

Thanks to Greater Rochester Enterprise for giving us the opportunity to chat about nature's most precious resource and how vital water is to economic vitality in our region!
Nick Noce, Executive Director at Monroe County Water Authority (MCWA), discusses the importance of reliable water sources. Unlike other areas of the country, the Greater Rochester, NY region benefits from abundant fresh water. Lake Ontario and the other Great Lakes represent 20% of the world’s fresh water and 84% of North America's fresh water. For more details about how MCWA manages and delivers 60 million gallons of clean water to the region, check out the latest episode of Greater Rochester Enterprise's Make Your Mark podcast via iHeartMedia and Wham 1180 Am. https://bit.ly/3VKEymb #GreaterROC #ROC #MakeYourMark #BusinessGrowth #RochesterNY
