We'd like to celebrate our amazing ModTeam members Elyse Romans, Assistant Logistics Manager, and John Szakal, a Lead Technician from our Grand Rapids location for being our August Employees of the Month! In August we celebrated our core value - Sleeves Up. At Modernistic, Sleeves Up means that you won't hear anyone on our team say "that's not part of our job." When another teammate or department needs help, we roll up our sleeves, dig in, and help out! Providing the high level of service we aim for, and tackling the goals we set, means we're in this together! From scheduling jobs to coordinating dispatch, Elyse handles some of the most complex and intricate tasks at Modernistic. However, she consistently handles those situations with absolute spirit and customer delight, all while making it look effortless. John usually jokes about being "Sleeves Off" to flex his arms, but he also always says "Yes, I can do it" when ever asked to help. He was especially Sleeves Up when he traveled to Saginaw last month to help with all of the floods our customers were having in their homes and businesses!
