  • CELEBRATING TOWN OF APEX 🎉 🔑 The newly complete, two-story municipal building is for the Building Inspections and Planning Departments for the Town of Apex A few words from our NC General Manager, Kevin Gaskins:👇🏼 “This structure stands not only as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence but also as a symbol of collaboration and innovation. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the subcontractors, engineers, and designers whose dedication and expertise have brought this project to fruition. Chevon (File) Moore, AIA, CDT with Hobbs Architecture is worth mentioning for her willingness to work out issues as they came to light. Trust me, No construction project is without issues and this one had its fair share. Special attention to Wesley Hicks (Superintendent) for his exceptional performance day in and day out, Denis Place MLB Construction for his guidance throughout the project and Patrick Hayes (Project Engineer) for his coordination efforts keeping the project on track to completion. Together, we have not just erected a building, but we have laid down the foundation for progress, prosperity, and community engagement for generations to come.”

We find and foster the best environment for every business.

In 2024, the accuracy of laser levels is revolutionizing construction processes, eliminating the need for extensive chalking on floors before framing begins. Exciting to see progress on this #tenant #fitup project as we did a "chalk walk" yesterday to ensure the #officespace aligns perfectly with our meticulously refined plans. • Check out our team pouring concrete 🚧

🚧 Now that’s a lot of concrete! Construction activities continue on ALB’s terminal expansion project. Check out the latest, including recently poured pile caps. Planning on coming to the airport? Please remember the following: #PlanAhead #BePrepared #ArriveTwoHoursEarly ➡️ Construction activities continue in front of the main terminal. ➡️ Some sidewalks and vestibules remain closed. Follow signage when getting to and from the terminal. ➡️ Driving lanes have shifted in front of the terminal. Follow signage and directions from security personnel. ➡️ Shuttle pick-up is now back to its original location near baggage claim. ➡️ Ride share and taxi pick up are to the parking lot to the right when you exit baggage claim. ❌ REMEMBER - Curbside parking is NEVER permitted. Please use cell phone lot or short term parking if picking up passengers. A few other helpful travel tips: 🕰️ All travelers are urged to arrive at the airport no less than TWO HOURS prior to their flight’s scheduled departure. Doing so will allow ample time to park, check bags if necessary, go through the security checkpoint and arrive at the departure gate. 🚕 Consider using alternate transportation to and from the airport. This will alleviate you having to find parking while also saving you time. ✅ Check- in early either online or by using your airline’s mobile app. Doing so will save you time when you arrive at the airport, especially if you don’t need to check baggage. 🪪 Be sure you have all your documentation, such as identification, boarding pass and any other pertinent documents you may need. 🚫 Before packing, please visit www.tsa.gov to find out which items are prohibited from having in either your carry-on or checked luggage. Be sure also to check to ensure you’re not packing prohibited amounts of liquids, gels, creams, pastes or aerosols. 🧳 Traveling with children? Make sure there are no prohibited items in their luggage. ✔️ Consider TSA PreCheck to speed up and enhance your experience going through the security check point. Learn more at www.tsa.gov. ✈️ Make sure you know your gate number. This info should be on your boarding pass but you can always ask airline personnel, airport staff or check out an arrival/departure monitor inside the terminal. 💻 Please continue to visit https://lnkd.in/gz-Scqjj for info on the project and the latest updates.
