We received final approval from the City of Rock Hill, SC for the annexation and rezoning of 176 acres strategically located in Rock Hill’s industrial sector adjacent to Legacy Park. We are working in partnership with Frampton Construction and JLL with the help of Thomas & Hutton and McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture. We have 7 buildings planned totaling 1.45 million square feet. We thank the Rock Hill Mayor and City Council for their vision and support in granting final approval on Hopewell Commerce Center. We look forward to working with the City and contributing to the growth of great new jobs in the area. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the Rock Hill community's development! Mixson Properties has hired Jaxon Etter as a Director and is pleased to welcome him to the team. A graduate of UGA Terry College of Business real estate program, Jaxon also received a masters in financial planning all while playing Division 1 sports. Smart, strong work ethic, and a generally good person makes a very welcome addition to the team. Jaxon couldn't be starting at a better time for Mixson Properties. Morrison Yard is working towards final certificate of occupancy and is nearly 95% leased. We just completed our 15th property acquisition and are working on 3 new land and development transactions all with great investment and development partners. Welcome Jaxon!
