🌏 We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our climate-smart projects which are supporting 30,000 small-holder rice farmers across India. 🌾 At Mitti Labs, we’re reimagining rice projects from the ground up to develop the most transparent and trustworthy methane reduction programs - empowering companies to invest in #nature confidently.Through our projects, we have seen farmers reduce #water usage by 40%, #methane emissions by 50%, and improve incomes by up to 30% We are grateful for our investors at Lightspeed India and Voyager Ventures, who co-led our $3 million funding round last year, and for the support from our incredible angel investors, friendly advisors, and the partners dedicated to supporting us on-ground. This investment allowed us to launch the first remote-sensing based solution for #rice methane monitoring and measurement, as well as to scale our operations across 7 key rice-growing states in India.
