#MITCRE Lecturer, Jacques Gordon, is quoted in a Bloomberg News piece on a new healthcare oversight bill, recently passed by the #Massachusetts House of Representatives, which includes a provision banning hospitals from leasing their main campuses from real estate investment trusts (REITs). However, experts argue that focusing solely on REITs may not effectively stabilize the industry.
