On Tuesday, MSPB team member Marquita LeFlore accepted the "Workplace Wellness Warrior: Platinum Winner" award on behalf of MSPB at the 2024 Wellness Champion Conference in Jackson. The Platinum award is given to state agencies that complete 2-3 Active Health Challenges each quarter such as on-site training on healthy habits, webinars on health-related topics, etc.

Government employees from across the State graduated from the Executive Services Certification Program yesterday. MSPB developed the Executive Services Certification Program (ESCP) for administrative professionals to continue their professional development. Participants earning the ESCP designation have completed the three levels of the ASCP curriculum and three additional levels of coursework. Billy Taylor, Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services, delivered the keynote address. Dwana F. Harvey of the North Mississippi Regional Center completed all 6 levels and was selected by her peers to address graduates on behalf of the 2024 class.
