Most recently, he served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Hilton Sandestin Beach Resort, where he oversaw a $25 million department, demonstrating his adept leadership in high-volume settings. His tenure at Maple & Ash in Chicago, where he served as Managing Partner/General Manager, highlights his proficiency in managing upscale dining establishments, evidenced by the restaurant's ranking as the fourth-highest revenue-generating eatery in the USA during his tenure. James has a track record of driving growth, as seen in his leadership roles at various renowned resorts and restaurants, including South Seas Island Resort and The Don CeSar Resort.
