Today, 9 Officer Trainees (OTs) of #ICAS, selected through 2023 Civil Services Examinations visited Ministry of Rural Development. During their visit, they met with Secretary RD, Shri Shailesh Kumar Singh, JS & FA Ms. Tanuja Thakur Khalkho, and other senior officials of #MoRD. An MoU between MoRD and MicroSave Consulting on - 'Optimizing Community Funds for enhancing effectiveness & sustainability of community-based organizations (CBOs) was signed at New Delhi.
