End of Day. After a long and complicated day, I found myself in the fog and mist of a scene that could only be presented to the unexpecting mind. It made it seem all worthwhile.

Absolutely. Clients I have worked with who have serious growth issues also had an issue with knowledge retention and transfer. Both are solved with a plan to keep the older wiser employees. New employees felt they had the possibility for long-term employment, and the older wiser group felt they were being valued and contributing to the longevity of the company and the protection of their pension. Retention increased and customer service improved.... but you have to have a plan. https://lnkd.in/ets5gP6r
