Absolutely. Clients I have worked with who have serious growth issues also had an issue with knowledge retention and transfer. Both are solved with a plan to keep the older wiser employees. New employees felt they had the possibility for long-term employment, and the older wiser group felt they were being valued and contributing to the longevity of the company and the protection of their pension.
