    A big shoutout to our incredible team! 🎉 Last week, the Milk Makeup field team made waves at the SEPHORA SMC conference. The Cooling Water Jelly Tint-themed candy store was a huge hit, thanks to the creativity of Sarah Tustin, Kali Perez, and Joseph Cusenza. With Istvan Hrichak leading the charge and the amazing energy from Ari Adams, Shawn Fisher, Destiny Gay, Taliah Graham, Reham Alrebh, and Stephanie Vitiello, this event was a huge success ✨

    Last week the Milk Makeup field team came together at the SEPHORA SMC conference. Seeing all the Sephora store leadership teams and hearing their love for the Milk Makeup field team is always a highlight to my year. Our wonderful creative team (thank you Sarah Tustin, Kali Perez, Joseph Cusenza) designed the vibrant Cooling Water Jelly Tint themed candy store where visitors could could take away some sugary treats and 13 store directors won prizes for their stores. Thank you to Hatch.IM for all their work producing this for us and making it a smooth proceas. Ari Adams, Shawn Fisher, Destiny Gay, Taliah Graham, Reham Alrebh, and Stephanie Vitiello you brought all the energy and this couldn't have come together without you. Looking forward to next year!

    🌟Milk Makeup X The Center 🌟 We recently had the pleasure of hosting The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center at our Milk Makeup Soho office for a full-on glam day as part of our ongoing partnership. Our talented team had the honor of supporting The Center’s executive team with professional shots for their website. Our fabulous Sara Wren worked her magic with our Milk Makeup essentials, and our dedicated team provided additional support with hair and makeup. Meanwhile, our creative team perfectly organized and produced the day to capture every moment with perfect shots. The outcome was stunning, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out!     🌟 Last week, our amazing Senior Director of PR and Brand Partnerships, Adriana Autie, hosted a Lunch Learn session, sharing her journey with our interns. 🌟 Adriana shared her inspiring career in the fashion, beauty, and PR industries, emphasizing the importance of hard work, flexibility, and resilience. From leading global PR agencies to managing brand partnerships and transitioning from skincare to makeup, Adriana's path to Milk Makeup has been remarkable. She spoke about her college days, where she changed her major multiple times before discovering her true calling in digital communication and media, aligning with her passion for social media. Adriana advised our interns not to be afraid to change their majors, as it’s important to work towards what you love. Adriana shared her words of wisdom on seizing opportunities, learning from mistakes, and not being discouraged by setbacks. She encouraged us to view challenges as growth opportunities and to remain open to new career paths. One key takeaway was the value of hard work and dedication. Adriana emphasized that success requires perseverance and a willingness to take on lower-level tasks. Her advice to commit wholeheartedly to our work resonated deeply with all of us.     ✨ MMU Lunch and Learn Recap ✨: Last week, we had an incredible Lunch and Learn session hosted by our amazing Content Manager, Blossom Brown. Blossom shared her personal background and her journey with Milk Makeup, inspiring our interns with her story. Early in her high school years, Blossom discovered her passion for working with kids while working at a daycare. This experience inspired her to dream bigger and pursue a career in teaching. Blossom's journey took her from pursuing an elementary education degree with a focus on French to discovering a passion for teaching Spanish and Italian. After teaching at a high school in Italy for a year, she continued her education, earning a master's degree in multilingualism in education. Throughout her experiences, Blossom highlighted opportunities for language learning and teaching, as well as the challenges of being a young, openly trans teacher in conservative environments. Seeking a new career path and following her passion for social media, Blossom reached out to Milk Makeup, expressing her interest in working for the brand. Since then, Blossom has taken part in many of our launches and has grown incredibly with Milk. She encouraged our interns to be curious and to take risks because you never know what's waiting for you. Follow your dreams and your passions, even if they seem far from reach. Blossom remembers starting with just two viewers and now reaching millions of views on socials.
