Methacton School District is seeking qualified applicants for a Director of Business Services position. Located in Eagleville, Montgomery County (a suburb of Philadelphia), Methacton School District is among the highest performing public school districts in Pennsylvania. It has an operating budget of over $100 million annually with enrollment of about 4,800 students within seven school buildings. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; five years successful business management experience, business administration, facilities administration, transportation administration, and food services administration, or other related areas. Strong analytical ability, problem solving, and communications skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration; five years of school business management experience. Core Responsibilities: Lead the financial affairs of the district; assist the Superintendent with operational leadership of the school district. Provide Supervision of the district’s financial, transportation, and food services operations. Responsible for supervision of budget development, accounting, reporting, audits, tax collection, cash flow, investments, insurance, bidding, purchasing, and inventory control. Salary Range: $180,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience.
