    The best ads have a VoC (AKA voice of customer). But not the usual B2B testimonials we’ve all seen a hundred times. The problem with those? They often come off as trying too hard. Your audience can spot it from a mile away, and it just feels like you’re begging them to buy. Instead, use your customer’s 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 words to make your ads sound natural and authentic. To find the 𝙟𝙪𝙞𝙘𝙮 VoC-> dig into what pains your audience, what features they love, and the benefits that matter most. Look for something real, conversational, and vivid- something that paints a picture. Then, tweak it so it speaks right to your prospects’ point of view.
