MES Announces Marvin Riley Joining as Chief Executive Officer and Tom Hubregsen Transitioning to Executive Chairman Sandy Hook, CT, July 24, 2024 – Municipal Emergency Services (“MES” or the “Company”) announced today that, in connection with a long-planned transition, the MES Board of Directors has selected Marvin Riley to succeed Thomas Hubregsen as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hubregsen will transition from the role of Chief Executive Officer to the full-time position of Executive Chairman. Mr. Hubregsen and Mr. Riley will continue as members of the MES Board of Directors. "Marvin brings extensive knowledge and exceptional strategic and leadership skills to MES.
