We are proud to have a great charter school on campus that we are able to fully integrate into our patients' treatment. At our Ki Charter Academy, students in grades five through twelve receive support for both behavioral and academic needs. We are committed to reintroducing students to their respective schools with improved behavior, reduced learning gaps, and the social-emotional skills necessary to succeed. Check out this short video to hear more from some of our amazing staff. #KiCharter
About us
Meridell Achievement Center is a residential treatment facility located in Liberty Hill, Texas, providing specialized care for children and adolescents since 1961. Having served youth with a wide-range of behavioral and emotional difficulties for over 60 years in the greater Austin area, we offer gender affirming traditional behavioral and neurobehavioral programs for youths aged 11 to 17. In 1961, Liberty Hill was a rural community on the outskirts of Austin. Today, highways make Liberty Hill a northwest suburb of Austin with an easy commute to the city center and international airport.

We are very thankful to be included in the 2nd Annual Houston Mental Health Conference: Breaking the Stigma! Our friends and partners at Cypress Creek Hospital, West Oaks Hospital, and Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire all did a great job working together to host the event. We were able to help educate the community about substance use disorders, adolescent mental health, and veteran mental health issues.
