About us

Bring all your schedules into your booking solution to have one source of truth. With FullEvent, we’ve pulled apart every aspect that makes up an event schedule, product, and page and turned them into individual modules, giving the event creator an easy way to link them back together in any way they want. This way, they can use one tool to build and manage any event or activity, whether weekly yoga classes, weekend dance festivals, or anything in between. In fact, we’ve laid the groundwork to give event creators a Natural Language Processing solution, where they can just describe what they want, and FullEvent will build it for them. The AI assistant will do the entire work end-to-end, building the schedules, the products and the event pages.

How much do you use the Theory of Constraint for your event? It's been one of the most powerful thinking models I've (Ali Taghavi) ever used, and I'm really excited to share it with you: https://lnkd.in/ehxb5zvp One of its core premises is the ability to create more financial outcomes with the resources you already have. Here is an introduction to the concept as applied to dance activities. But I think you can map the concepts to any activity where you have a teacher and venue space. If you want to geek out on this with me, let me know 🤼 👍 like and ♻️ share it to help other dance schools and organisers 🙏

When is the worst time to fail in event management? During the event, with a bad staff & volunteer program! Creating a great event staff & Volunteer program has an emergent quality. Meaning, you have to play around with your schedules and compensation strategies until you hit it just right. You want to know 👉 where your constraints are (e.g, limited capacity?) 👉 where your strengths are (e.g, create great experiences) 👉 what is valuable to your staff & volunteers 👉 if you want to be in good-will or transactional mindset All of this and some more, is what I talk about in our latest video over at our YouTube channel: @FullEvent5678 What makes this video special is the collaboration with Barbara Joó, one of the most experienced staff and volunteer managers I know. She generously shares a lifetime's worth of insights to help you create better programs for your events. 😢😂 Tell me about your best or worst experience at an event. What do you wish the organisers knew? ❤️ #events #experiences #staff #volunteer #toughdecisions #organising #festival #workshops

Two opposing principles you need to master as an event organiser: ☝️ If you don’t make the tough decisions in advance, your customers will suffer during the event. ✌️ If you only make decisions to please others, you risk burning out, which benefits no one. I'm very passionate about this and recorded a video on it yesterday. With 19 years of experience in creating and running events, I’ve learned the importance of not letting an angry fringe minority on social media dictate how you should run your event. 💶 ⏳ Ultimately, the ones who have invested something of real value are your customers who spent money and time to attend and you and your team, who spent months and years making it happen. The rest is just input to consider and sometimes even just noise, not commands to follow. Watch my video on this topic at @FullEvent5678 on YouTube. Do you agree? Share your experience with events #events #organisers #toughdecisions

By tooling event creators we help everyday people have richer experiences that recharge their batteries and inspire them to pursue their dreams!

I'm thrilled to share that we've surpassed our first fundraising campaign milestone. In the last two weeks, we've onboarded three new investors. 💥 🚀 We are still on the journey towards being fully funded, so if you are interested in joining our journey let's talk about possibilities! 💡

Do big festivals lose their familiar friendly vibe? Is that a function of size or design? From our experience organising a festival with 1,200 participants from all over the world, we noticed that you can scale and yet keep that cosy, familiar feeling if you do this....
